Share you table Sunday: @followthegreenbee shared this photo of her Samosas with us. Fresh ground whole wheat pockets stuffed with local potatoes and peas. Mint and cilantro came out of the yard, too, along with scallions in the filling.

Cooked in an air fryer and served with homemade yogurt mint chutney.
