Homemade foods are regulated by the Division of Environmental Health, Food Safety and Sanitation Program. Regulations differ from product to product. If you are interested in producing and selling a homemade food (formerly referred to as "cottage foods"), please access the following regulatory resources:

Additionally, Kodiak Harvest requires a state business license sell your goods through our store. Please reach out to sales@kodiakharvest.org with questions and to discuss selling your homemade food at the co-op!
